I’m Ken Goossens, a Belgian living near the city of Ghent. By profession, I work as a Product Manager on the Windows Commercial CAT Team. My role revolves around engaging closely with customers to absorb every bit of feedback on Windows, Windows Autopatch, and Windows Copilot. This involves a deep dive into creating insights, gathering evidence, and transforming this wealth of information into actionable feature requests.

My journey in the tech community began in 2014 when I became a part of the System Center User Group Belgium—an experience I cherish deeply. With a profound sense of gratitude towards a community that has offered me immeasurable support, possibly shaping my entire career, I take pride in being an active board member of MC2MC, Belgium’s largest IT Pro Community. The joy I find in mingling with this community is unparalleled.

Moreover, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences. This has led me to speak at both national and international IT Pro Conferences, a platform that I find truly exhilarating. My blog is an extension of this passion, where I aim to share insights, experiences, and stories from my journey in the tech world.
